OUR COMPANY

WHO WE ARE

The opportunities for electromobility are enormous, in environmental, economic and social terms. Up to now, however, manufacturers have lacked efficient and automated production facilities to be able to manufacture high-voltage cable harnesses in large quantities and at low cost. At the same time, the production of these cable harnesses must meet very special safety and quality requirements due to the high electrical voltage and the large amounts of current. We are working at full speed and with great success on production systems which, with automation and consistently high process accuracy, enormously reduce the production costs for cable harnesses and at the same time achieve unit quantities for large-scale production. Metzner E‑Mobility GmbH offers a complete solution portfolio for both the processing of high-voltage cables and the automated assembly of a wide range of connector systems. Thanks to our various automation platforms with scalable and modular exchangeable solutions, Metzner E‑Mobility GmbH implements exactly the systems for your needs with investment security for future requirements and growing production volumes.

OUR CORPORATE MISSION

QUALITY

Every day we do our best to meet the demands of our customers with high quality machines and systems. Because only satisfied customers commission us again or recommend us to others. In addition, we have the ambition to achieve the best possible results for our customers within a financially stretched framework.

FLEXIBILITY

We are constantly reviewing which technologies and processes are best suited for specific customer requirements and are open to integrating unusual methods and techniques. To this end, we have a team of experienced creative and technology-oriented minds who have set themselves the goal of combining theory and practice into a meaningful whole.

FUTURE ORIENTATION

In the course of the change that is currently taking place, particularly with regard to new drive technologies, we see the electric drive as a motor that will continue to gain ground. In order to meet the requirements, Metzner has decided to bundle its existing activities in the field of high-voltage cable processing in a separate company — Metzner E‑Mobility GmbH — and to further develop the semi-automatic machines and solutions with a higher degree of automation.
