Automates 3 to 5 processes in sequence – for the shortest possible processing times thanks to smart high-voltage cable assembly
The EM 600 integrates up to six consecutive process tools within a single station. Once the HV cable is inserted, it remains securely fixed in position while all tools move toward the cable, ensuring maximum protection of the sensitive HV conductors.
An EM 600 station achieves a total cycle time of approximately 35 seconds for all integrated operations, delivering an annual production capacity of around 400,000 cable ends.
