Metzner’s acti­ve mate­ri­al dischar­gers place your pro­ces­sed parts in a trough in a straight and order­ly man­ner. In this way, you achie­ve a qua­li­ty-com­pli­ant start­ing situa­ti­on for sub­se­quent pro­ces­sing. We dif­fe­ren­tia­te here bet­ween cable sta­ckers and sta­ckers for pro­files, hoses and other materials.

In the case of the MA 2000, MA 4000 and MA 6000 mate­ri­al sta­ckers, the stan­dard and con­trol­led inter­me­dia­te stack­ing tray sup­ports an opti­mum sort­ing func­tion for the auto­ma­tic pro­ces­sing of com­plex pro­duc­tion lists or lar­ge quan­ti­ties. The­se sta­ckers are equip­ped with a con­vey­or belt that trans­ports cables and hoses away straight and in the pro­ces­sing machine’s work cycle, an indis­pensable advan­ta­ge when pro­ces­sing thin cables and hoses or long lengths of cable. For the con­trol­led ope­ra­ti­on of the cable deli­very unit, the cable pro­ces­sing machi­nes offer the neces­sa­ry inter­faces for mate­ri­al lengths of up to 6 m. Thanks to the open design on the dischar­ge side, the mate­ri­al sta­ckers also offer the pos­si­bi­li­ty of stack­ing “extra-long” cable lengths.

With the Pro­fes­sio­nal mate­ri­al sta­cker, the pro­files and hoses are trans­por­ted out of the machi­ne by means of a gui­de chan­nel. The stan­dard end-sens­ing func­tion and the pneu­ma­tic lift func­tion for con­trol offer com­fort and per­for­mance at the hig­hest level.

With the Eco­no­my mate­ri­al dis­pen­ser, the mate­ri­al is trans­por­ted out of the machi­ne by means of a con­vey­or belt and pla­ced in a trough with a pusher. An end-sens­ing func­tion is available as an option.
